Departure of shuttle buses for the different ice climbs from in front of Village ICEXPO.
8.30 Safety workshops ICEsécu and ICEformation. Courses in safety and training run by the guides of the Ecrins and the technical advisors from the partner companies. Then we have "Parcours sécu adults" which is a series of five workshops in safety in ice climbing (free entry of course).In the Village ICEXPO there will be, as ever, the free test of equipment.

8.30 ICE TRIP
: a day of introduction to ice-fall climbing organized by the Club Alpine Francais. This day is aimed at youngsters. It will be in the form of workshops on ice climbing, preparation for the climb, safety during and the environment in which we will be climbing.

there will be a round table discussion "health problems in the mountains" with help from the Doctors Chardonnet and Cartier.

Shuttle busses to the Final night bivouac "Grande Veille- Bivouac"

Meal and spectacle. Bivouac in tents and igloos if desired. Do not forget your Down jacket, warm sleeping bag, thermal pad, survival blanket and your teddy. The tents and igloos are already up. During the night it will be possible to dry your ropes. Breakfast is free for those spending the night out.

NOTE

Weather and snow pack information will be displayed at the ICEXPO.
Before you leave, consult them and find out about site conditions from the
organisers
. In case of bad weather, events and buses to other sites will be
organised
. Don't forget your skis, snowshoes or rock shoes. The object of this meeting is to help you discover our icefalls. We will help you get to the sites by shuttle bus. After that, you are in the winter mountain environment under your own responsibility. You must be certain that snow and ice conditions are good and that the route conditions correspond to your technical level and to the other safety criteria. Don't go on to an ice climb if there's another team above you. As well as you're climbing and safety equipment adapted to the route, don't forget your transceiver, shovel and probe. We will always be ready to help and advise you. And finally, remember the guidebook and good climbing...
